KikoWorks · Quezon City · Taking projects
I’m Kiko, a web developer who spent three years building enterprise software. Now I help churches, schools, nonprofits, and small businesses with their websites, their forms and spreadsheets, and the flyers and emails around their events.
You get the scope, schedule, and price in writing before I start.
Services
You don’t need the technical word for it. Tell me what you’re trying to make, fix, or stop doing by hand.
A new site or landing page, or repairs and upkeep for the one you already have.
Starting at ₱7,500
Small tools for the jobs you repeat every week, and help when something technical breaks.
Starting at ₱6,000
Flyers, sign-up pages, and emails that match, so people hear about the event and actually show up.
Starting at ₱4,800
Smaller jobs like a single graphic, an email fix, or a hosting problem are quoted on their own.
Work
Most are practice projects built from realistic briefs, and three are working prototypes. Each one says which it is.
Standards
Big job or small, every project goes out with the same basics.
How it works
An email or a call. A few sentences is enough. I’ll ask what I need to know.
What I’ll make, when, and the price. 50% deposit to start, the rest on delivery, by GCash or bank transfer.
Accounts stay in your organization’s name where possible, and you get short notes on how everything works.
Free tools
No sign-up and no email list. Take them, use them, share them.
Printable · PDF · 1 page
Ten checks for a church, school, or small business website. Most take a minute, and none need a developer.

The sign-up form and sheet from the volunteer sign-up project: shifts, slots, and a tidy list of who is coming.
About
I’m Francis “Kiko” Sagadraca. I studied computer engineering, then spent three years as a software engineer at Accenture building, testing, and supporting enterprise systems.
Today I run web, IT, and multimedia work in-house for an international organization. That means keeping websites up, improving a web portal, and automating the admin nobody wants to do by hand.
KikoWorks is the same work for smaller teams. I find the actual problem, fix it carefully, test it, and write down how it works so you’re not stuck depending on me.
Built with family in mind and with gratitude to God. To God be the glory.
