Privacy
I collect as little as I reasonably can.
Last reviewed: August 10, 2026. This note covers the public KikoWorks website. A client project may use different services, which I discuss before they are used.
What this website collects
This website has no analytics, advertising trackers, cookies, visitor accounts, or inquiry database. It does not ask for passwords, payment details, government identifiers, or confidential files.
Portfolio demonstrations
Some optional demonstrations load typefaces from Google Fonts. Google may receive ordinary request information such as your IP address, browser details, and the page requested. Some buttons open an outside service, such as Google Maps, only after you choose them. You do not need to open a demonstration to contact me.
When you contact me
The email and phone links open your own email or telecommunications service. I receive only what you choose to send. Please keep passwords, payment-card details, private access keys, and sensitive personal records out of an initial inquiry.
How I use project information
I use the information you provide to reply, understand the work, prepare a quote, deliver the project, and keep necessary business records. I do not sell it. I share it only when needed to provide the agreed service, comply with law, protect a person or system from harm, or when you authorize me to do so.
Outside services
A project may need hosting, domains, email delivery, forms, file storage, automation, or an external drafting service. Before an outside provider handles personal, confidential, or client-owned information, I will identify the provider and its purpose, minimise what is shared, and get agreement first. I prefer accounts owned by the client where practical.
Retention and deletion
I keep inquiry and project records only as long as reasonably needed for communication, delivery, security, accounting, disputes, and legal obligations. You may ask what information I hold about you or request deletion. Some records may need to remain when required by law or an active agreement.
Security
I use safeguards appropriate to a small studio, including limited collection, restricted access, protected credentials, and secure hosting. No website, email provider, storage service, or person can honestly promise perfect security.
