Meet Lola Remy
At 74, Lola Remy used to skip Sunday lunch so her grandkids could eat. Now she's first in line at our barangay kitchen — not just for the meal, but for the neighbors who've become friends. "Hindi lang po pagkain 'to," she told us. "Pakiramdam ko, may pamilya ulit ako." ("This isn't just food. I feel like I have a family again.")
